Centennial Sleep

Centennial Sleep consists of macro images depicting blown-up details of 1960’s View-Master discs, including “The Sleeping Beauty” and others. Centennial Sleep seeks to create new narratives by appropriation and recontextualization of obsolete media objects. Sleep now refers to abandoned images themselves, as well as psychological states of an individual.
